You're truly in the heart of it all at this hotel.

The street outside the hotel emits an unpleasant smell.

Great location, close to the beach, city center, shops, and restaurants. Clean rooms with air conditioning that works well. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

We found a great hotel in a prime city location. It was walking distance to the marina and the coast, while being in the heart of the city. the staff were friendly and constantly available to help. the rooms were small but very clean and tidy. A safe and fridge were provided. the breakfast provided was good and had plenty of delicious options. the aircon was quiet and worked well, making it comfortable to sleep at night.

There was no mention of any fitness center in the hotel.

It's just a 5 minutes' walk from Teatro Ariston, where the epic Sanremo Music Festival happens. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. Plus, there are plenty of cool restaurants within walking distance. We had a blast with our friends exploring the city!

The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife around the hotel. It would have been even more fun for us young party-goers if there were some cool clubs or bars nearby.

Good breakfast options, typical Italian breakfast, kind staff. Plenty of nearby parking spots, able to leave motorcycle gear without problems. Staff let us change in staff toilet, messaged about forgotten shirt.
